If you didn’t come to Ignite Charlotte 1, you missed out. Of course you can check out all the videos from the event, but without feeling the electricity in the Neighborhood Theatre, seeing 200 smiling faces, networking with professionals, students and everyone in between, the videos, though full of information, are only pieces of what makes Ignite Charlotte.

Global Ignite Week
Global Ignite Week is when 50+ Ignites take place in cities around the world. Upwards of 10,000 entrepreneurs, technologists, DIYers, creative professionals, and enthusiastic knowledge-seekers will gather in local pubs, and theaters. The Ignite motto: “Enlighten us, but make it quick.”
Global Ignite Week (GIW) 2010 boasted over 60 cities in six countries. GIW gives new and old Igniters the opportunity to experience multiple Ignites (either physically or online) in an extremely short period of time.
How can you make Ignite Charlotte 2 and Global Ignite Week 2011 awesome?
Be a Speaker. Talk submissions will open on Monday, November 15, 2010 so get ready to submit your “Talk Idea.” Remember, NO SALES PITCHES are allowed and it can be about anything – as long as you’re passionate about it and it’s interesting.
Be a Sponsor. Ignite Charlotte relies on the generosity of businesses and individuals. If you’re interested in helping out Ignite Charlotte 2, contact the Igniters.
Be a Volunteer. From speaker coordinators, volunteer coordinators, to food runners, tech support there are opportunities for you to get involved.
